Dan Schwartzman and his agents make renting in Williamsburg hassle free for Landlords and Tenants alike. Before finding this talented group, I lost lots of time and money making up for broker oversights. Now, I find it much easier to develop a good working relationship with my tenants because Linnaeus Group always starts the rental process on the right foot. They are a great asset to Williamsburg. Landlords save yourself some time and don't give your listings to anyone else!!&lt;/p&gt;

The Performance Exclusive that they offered me seemed too good to be true, and I was a bit nervous about signing a contract.  But they pulled through and rented my place out, and honored their end of the deal, and my tenants have turned out to be wonderful. I knew I was dealing with professionals when I got a call from Dan at 9pm at night to discuss a detail of my lease that he thought wasn't correct.</description>
